Distant Lands Coffee offers a standing invitation to our clients and prospective customers to visit our beautiful farms in Costa Rica. We invite you to experience life at The Hacienda, with lodging right on our plantation.

Hacienda La Minita is a place of sheer dramatic beauty. It rises 5,000 feet above sea level, bordered by the Tarrazú and Candelaria Rivers and set against nearby mountains. Lavender bougainvillea and brightly colored birds of paradise grow along the slopes. Travel to Hacienda La Minita is very simple, as it is located just 1.5 hours from San Jose.

During the dry season, with 80 degree temperatures and cool breezes, our guests are able to observe all stages of coffee horticulture, seeing the sustainable methods we employ to grow and mill our renowned coffee.
